CANDIDATE PROFILE: 

• Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/BS degree from a recognized university.
• Good command on UNIX administration including scripting/patching etc.
• Good command on Windows administration including scripting/patching etc.
• Knowledge/experience in basic SQL, PLSQL and programming.
• Knowledge/experience handling Oracle/SQL-Server DB.
• Basic knowledge of networking/proxy/firewalls.
• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills
• Ability to articulate technical concepts in written form for emails, technical papers, and technical presentations.
• Ability to comfortably and intelligently discuss technical concepts with individuals from various technical backgrounds

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As an Technical Support Engineer you will assist internal and external customers with their use of the company’s products. Communicate with customers and R&D to troubleshoot issues, isolate the root cause, and deliver solutions or implement workarounds.
• The highly technical nature of our products requires an individual with a solid foundation of technical skills and an aptitude for understanding complex technical concepts.
• Manage support requests and customer expectations throughout the support process to ensure customer success and satisfaction
