We are conducting a Recruitment drive for a ‘training cum placement’ for our customer ‘Microland’ at our office. As a part of the initial screening, we are conducting the first round of written test followed with Interview/GD as per below schedule.

Eligibility Criteria : – BE (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Telecom) – 2013 Passout only – Scored Average 55% and above in 10th, 12th, Graduation. – From AICTE approved colleges. – Good Communication Skills, Logical Thinking and Analytical Abilities. – Ready for placement anywhere in India
Training Details : – Selected candidates will undergo a customized 13 weeks training at Vimarshana on Windows Server Administration, Virtualization using VMware, Networking, Messaging Systems, and Active Directory etc.
Training Fees : – There is a training fee. This will be explained during the walk-in session. – Training fee along with applicable Service Tax can be paid in three equal installments – Upon successful completion of the course and your acceptance of the offer of Microland, you will be eligible for course fee compensation subject to the terms and conditions of conditional offer letter.
Selection Process :
Stage 1 – Pre-selection process from Vimarshana – Aptitude plus Tech Fundamentals Test – Interview/GD
Stage 2 – Selection by Microland: 6th or 7th March 2014 – Interview – Communication skills and technical – HR Interview
Stage 3 – Customers Final Assessment after successful training completion @ Vimarshana – Assessment after every module completion.
